Cancellation policy & cancellation form (English)

If you want to return the product, please get in contact with us using our contact form, e-mail: hello@nums-shop.de or post. Please let us know the order number and if the product was unsealed/used or not see “expiration” section, so that we can process the return as fast as possible

Right for Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not a carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you need to inform us (hello@nums-shop.de or using our contact form of per post to Maxim Sergeev, Nums, Sartoriusstr., 25, 20257 Hamburg, Germany, Tel .: +49 (0) 17620744905) by means of a clear statement (e.g.. a letter sent by e-mail, contact form or post) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the withdrawal form below but is not required.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

Should you cancel this contract, we are committed to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from you choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you;

In no case will you be charged for this repayment any fees. We may hold the refund until we have the goods back or until you have provided sufficient proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days is expired.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Expiration

The right of cancellation expires for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us with cash on delivery.

3) Please note that the above-mentioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
